Owner & President
Michael Hollman has owned Matco Services since 2008 after spending years in the corporate world. Seeking a business that would allow him to build something meaningful while staying close to home and family, Michael found Matco Services—a 34-year-old company in need of fresh energy and renewed commitment to service excellence.
Under Michael’s leadership, Matco has weathered economic challenges, industry changes, and intense competition while maintaining unwavering focus on creating ‘raving fans’ rather than just customers. His philosophy is simple: educate customers so they can make informed decisions, never pressure or oversell, provide transparent pricing, and deliver service you’d be proud to give your own family.
As the father of 11 children, Michael brings a deeply personal understanding of family dynamics, responsibility, and the importance of creating opportunities for others to succeed. Three of his sons currently work for Matco Services, making it a genuine family business.
Living in the Frisco-Prosper-Celina area for 25 years, Michael is deeply invested in the communities Matco serves. His commitment to helping children in foster care and supporting people in reaching their potential translates directly into a management style focused on employee development, training, and creating pathways for advancement.
Jimmy Snyder
Partner
Jimmy Snyder joined Matco Services as Michael’s business partner, bringing 15 years of law enforcement experience and a diverse business portfolio including BLC Construction, a general construction company with expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure. His background as a police officer instilled values of integrity, responsiveness, and community service that now inform his business practices.
Jimmy’s passion for helping people extends beyond business ventures. He operates a nonprofit organization focused on helping injured first responders, demonstrating his commitment to giving back to the community that shaped him. His decision to launch plumbing services through Matco Services in 2025 represents strategic diversification that addresses seasonal HVAC fluctuations while maintaining year-round revenue stability and consistent employment for technicians.
